It’s almost time for the official opening of the Villa del Lago and Three Bridges Bar & Grill at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort, just in time for the grand opening of the Gran Destino Tower in July. With the bridges open now, patrons can walk through the resort much easier and faster, as well as heading for updates on these upcoming restaurants.
New on the scene is the latest menu board for Villa del Lago’s premier restaurant. Housed in Villa del Lago in the center of Lago Dorado, Three Bridges Bar & Grill will present a new table service dining experience where guests can enjoy sandwiches, shared platters and more at this relaxing lakeside restaurant.
Upon arrival, new signage from El Centro directs guests to Villa del Lago – coming soon.
We recently covered the unveiling of the full bridge walkway and the smooth opening of Villa del Lago in May.
The new menu board is posted right next to the seating and dining area, with the times (4:30 p.m. – 12:00 p.m.) listed at the bottom. Looks like this will be a great place for a late lunch / dinner, or an after dinner drink!
Plates to share include dishes like curry and lentil hummus, Szechuan pepper wings, and stuffed mushrooms. The starter menu includes the Villa del Lago salad with arugula, curly, hot Yukon potatoes, white beans and asparagus in a crisp sherry vinaigrette. Also featured are braised pork tacos, grilled skirt steak, harissa lamb chops, crispy chicken sliders and the signature Three Bridges burger. This mouth-watering burger comes with crispy potatoes, Manchego cheese, roasted lemon garlic aioli, arugula and tomato.
You can explore food photos from the Three Bridges Bar & Grill as well as the recently announced Dahlia Lounge and Barcelona Lounge, here!
A variety of cocktails, beers, ciders and wines will also be available.
And if you’re looking for an afternoon pick-me-up, this is the place to take your cortadito Where coffee con leche to fix.
Keep in mind that currently the footbridge adjacent to El Centro leading to the Gran Destino tower is walled up as construction is completed in the area. Guests wishing to travel to the Ranchos and Cabanas area must use the Villa del Lago bridges to access these sections of the resort.
