The Brasserie Blu has had a makeover with new menus for lunch and dinner.
The arrival of the new Director of Food and Beverage, Gerrard McNamara, at the Radisson Blu Resort has brought a new twist.
With menu items such as the “Big Blu Double Sauce Burger”, “Sticky Wings” and “Belly Up”, the concept of the new menu launch is to make the environment interactive and fun for the whole family.
The lunch menu focuses on burgers, salads and small bites. The drinks menu offers exciting and creative cocktails. Dinner focuses on a vegetable and grain buffet that includes salads, antipasti, soups, condiments, and rotisserie vegetables.
Customers then have the option of purchasing a la carte bites such as crab curry, ribs or wings as well as grilled meats.
Mr. McNamara is excited about the new concept. He said: “It is an exciting time for F&B right now and we aim to have the best F&B experience in Denarau.”
